Attention students new to Perry School for the 2017-2018 school year! Any students new to Perry entering grades K-12 need to bring in their required documentation to register on August 16th & 17th from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM and August 18th from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Required documentation consists of:
Birth Certificate
Up-to-date Immunization records
Social Security Card
2 Proofs of Residency (Utility Bill, Drivers License, Lease, etc.)
Custody Documents (if applicable)
